Yay! My first blog! I am just so excited. So many of my friends have blogs and it is so much fun keeping up with them through their blogs. Run on sentence... I know. Anyway, if you are reading this you probably know that I LOVE PHOTOGRAPHY! Even when I was a younin I would save my babysitting money so that I could go to Wal-Mart and get my pictures developed. I think I get it from my dad. That is his hand in the photo above by the way :) He comes over almost every morning to visit and read his newspaper beside our fish pond. As long as I can remember, he has always been photographing, drawing or painting something. I can not draw or paint but I do love being behind the camera. I have learned a lot over the past few years about the art of photography but I still have TONS to learn. One of my favorite things to do is to research and learn about the many different areas and aspects of taking photos. Whether it is the functions of the camera or lighting...I just love learning about it! If I could go back, I would have majored in it instead of business...or atleast made it a minor =)

In my life I have lost many people that I love. Photographs have SO much more meaning now.
